Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic front desk/clerical or healthcare support experience.

• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office; EMR software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and vital signs.
• Record medical history and test results in medical records.
• Collect blood and other specimens; prepare them for testing.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures; hand instruments.
• Provide injections and wound care per protocol.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms and functioning equipment.
• Provide phone consultations regarding test results and health concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
