Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Orange City, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant who serves as the first contact for patient care, handling both administrative tasks and clinical support under the Center Administrator. You will perform vital signs, injections, EMR documentation, and basic tests while maintaining a welcoming, efficient front-line experience.

This full-time onsite position requires MA training or CMA/RMA certification, fluency in English and Spanish, and TB screening at hire.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or CMA/RMA certification or 5+ years of experience and provider approval.
• Medication/vaccine administration experience.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• CPR Certified.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• TB screening upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Document patient symptoms in EMR
• Take and record vital signs
• Administer injections
• Perform diagnostic tests
• Collect specimens and draw blood
• Sterilize equipment
• Maintain examination rooms
