Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and clinics across our outpatient locations. You will assist during procedures, manage patient interactions, and help maintain a welcoming environment for all patients.

We require a high school diploma, 1–2 years of clinical MA experience, and experience with vital signs, phlebotomy, and EKGs. Certification as CMA/RMA/CCMA is preferred, and on-site work at multiple clinic sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a Medical Assistant role.
• Clinical duties include vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection.
• Completion of MA training program or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Patient-facing experience in fast-paced settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain patient records.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean clinical environment.
• Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care.
• Support the medical team with additional tasks as needed.
