Job summary

USA Clinics Group is hiring a Medical Assistant to support physicians and maintain efficient clinic workflows across Paramus and neighboring locations. The role emphasizes patient experience, accurate vital signs, and precise EMR documentation.

You will perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection within scope of training while ensuring top-quality patient care. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required for diverse patient interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Experience performing vital signs, rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection.
• Completion of MA training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients on arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection as trained.
• Document patient interactions in EMR/EHR systems accurately.
• Deliver exceptional service while handling a high patient volume.
• Utilize EMR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, etc.
• Support patient care across settings; leverage bilingual communication when applicable.
