Job summary

StrideCare is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support outpatient care with a patient-focused approach. You will perform clinical and administrative tasks, record vitals, assist with procedures, manage supplies, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have CMA/RMA preferred, 1 year in a physician's office or hospital, and strong bilingual skills in Spanish and English to serve a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a physician's office or hospital.
• CMA or RMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam rooms; record vitals.
• Measure and fit compression stockings and assist with application.
• Take before/after photos of patients.
• Prepare rooms, assist RN/PA with procedures, manage supplies.
• Provide pre/post-procedure instructions and coordinate clinic flow.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and manage medical records in EHR.
• Support cross-training and coverage across clinics as needed.
