You will help maintain room readiness, assist physicians and nurses, manage patient flow, and communicate clearly with patients and families. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred, with BLS to be obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physician's office or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam rooms.
• Record vitals: height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature.
• Assist with compression stockings fitting and application.
• Take before-and-after pictures of patients.
• Ensure rooms are stocked and prepared for procedures.
• Assist RN/PA with medications and syringes as allowed by state law.
• Provide clear pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients.
• Coordinate daily clinic flow and patient scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respectful care.
