Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish; 1–3 years of back-office patient care experience.
• State licensure in field (RMA/CMA).
• Current CPR certification (within 2 years).
• Patient-facing role; TB screening program involvement.
• TB screening may be required if selected.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with MS Outlook.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; perform administrative tasks and basic patient care.
• Input patient information into electronic medical records system; record vital signs and perform injections as allowed.
• Assist physicians and nurses; maintain examination rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Support TB screening program and comply with policies and procedures.
