You will prepare for patient visits by pulling charts, set up equipment, and assist with routine nursing tasks to support physicians and staff.

The role also covers inventory management, instrument cleaning, and cross-training to handle receptionist tasks such as insurance verification, referrals, and appointment confirmations.

Qualifications

• BLS certification preferred and CMA credential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Bilingual Spanish and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up medical equipment.
• Clean instruments and equipment after use.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures.
• Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and manage basic office duties.
