Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate required.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, internal medicine, pediatrics, women's health or geriatrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for exams.
• Conduct pre-visit planning and chart preparation.
• Assist with clinical procedures as directed by providers.
• Perform QC checks on equipment and processes.
• Sterilize instruments using autoclave and maintain supplies.
• Stock and restock exam rooms and inventory.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Execute standing orders and support triage processes.
• Assist with patient forms and scheduling follow-ups.
• Handle check-out duties and documentation.
