Job summary

All’s Well, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to support both front and back office operations in a Scottsdale-area clinic. The role includes rooming patients, taking vital signs, performing urine tests and specimen collection, and assisting with injections and medication management.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of MA experience, be proficient with EMR systems, and ideally hold CMA/RMA or MA program certification. The position may require travel between local AZ locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• CMA, RMA, or accredited Medical Assistant program certification.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred or required.
• Experience in front and back office clinical settings.
• Proficient with EMR systems, vital signs, injections, and specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Perform urine testing, specimen collection, and administer injections.
• Assist with anemia/iron management and prescription refills.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and medications.
• Schedule and coordinate tests, procedures, and blood pressure monitoring.
• Maintain and update EMR records and medication lists.
• Communicate abnormal findings to providers.
• Manage patient scheduling, recalls, and follow-up appointments.
• Process hospital reports and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Support clinic operations, supplies, equipment, and administrative tasks.
• Float between clinic locations as needed.
