Responsibilities

• Schedule medical, dental and optometry appointments by phone.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information.
• Cancel and reschedule appointments.
• Understand and apply CFHC scheduling template.
• Transfer calls as needed.
• Handle provider follow-up requests on outbound calls.
• Be available from 7 am until 6 pm.
