Job summary

You will route signals, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality video and audio transmissions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a broadcast environment, familiarity with satellite/RF delivery, and experience with broadcast equipment such as routers and VTR decks.

Qualifications

• 2nd language: Spanish.
• 2 years of experience in a broadcast environment.
• Familiarity with broadcast equipment and RF delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
• Willingness to work late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Route signals according to booking information and workflows.
• Manage daily workloads with the team.
• Quality control for video and audio transmissions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to Engineer-in-Charge.
• Book and operate third party services, including space and fiber.
• Handle client transmission requests via phone and email.
• Report and document technical issues.
• Operate all broadcast equipment in the control room.
