Job summary

Qualifications

• 2nd Language: Particularly Spanish.
• Ability to achieve minimal fault with work completed.
• Effective troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
• 2 Years working in a broadcast environment.
• Familiarity with broadcast equipment (routers, waveform monitors, receivers, VTR decks).
• Familiarity with Satellite transmissions and RF delivery.
• Excellent Computer Skills.

• Familiarity with MCR/Transmission facility.
• HD knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Routing signals according to booking information and workflows.
• Managing daily workloads with team members.
• Quality Control for video and audio transmissions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating as needed.
• Booking and operating third party services (space segment, fiber circuits).
• Handling client transmission requests via phone and email.
• Reporting and documenting technical issues.
• Operating broadcast equipment and organizing server content for recording/playback.
• Participating in special events and projects.
