Nadia Care in the United States is hiring a full-time Maternity Navigator to serve expectant and new moms in the Memphis area. You will build trustful relationships, educate on health topics, and coordinate care as a bridge between the healthcare system and the community.

The role requires 3+ years in community health or advocacy, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, independent field work, and comfort using AthenaOne and Welkin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation.
• Prenatal and postpartum health education experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Great listener and empathetic communicator with cultural sensitivity.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually or in person, educate on urgent maternal warning signs and postpartum recovery.
• Instruct on birth positions and breathing techniques to boost preparedness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in daily huddles.
• Document all care interactions clearly for coordinated support.
• Build trust with mothers and support through calls or messaging between visits.
• Connect families to community resources to overcome barriers like housing or transportation.
• Provide community insights to help shape Nadia Care programs.
• Attend administrative meetings and adhere to policies and procedures.
