Job summary

Chapters Health System in Florida is seeking a Marketing Liaison (PACE) to drive growth, market expansion, and referral development for the Hope PACE program. You will engage referral partners and educate stakeholders about program benefits to increase enrollment and access to services.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong presentation skills, and experience in healthcare marketing or outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years healthcare sales/marketing/outreach experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent clinical or patient-centered background considered.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or senior healthcare populations strongly preferred.
• Prior formal sales or marketing training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Market Development: Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and referral growth targets. Execute strategic outreach plans aligned with census and market share goals.
• Referral Partner Engagement: Serve as primary liaison to referral partners and conduct bilingual presentations to increase program awareness.
• Sales Execution & Pipeline Management: Plan and execute effective sales calls, build relationships, assess needs, and close for referrals.
• Collaboration with Clinical Leadership: Partner with IDT and clinical leadership to align referral strategies with participant needs and expectations.
• Community Engagement & Marketing: Represent Hope PACE at events, distribute bilingual marketing materials, and ensure CMS compliance.
