Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Indiana is seeking a frontline operations leader to guide manufacturing teams on safety, quality, and productivity. You will start by reviewing overnight KPIs, aligning schedules, and ensuring stations meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Experience with production management systems and quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach production teams to hit safety, quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
• Execute daily schedules efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Track performance, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement timely solutions to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maintain seamless flow.
• Develop people and processes through training, performance feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
