Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on-site. You will ensure safety, quality and on-time production while coaching a team of machine operators and support personnel.

This role requires strong communication, a background in manufacturing environments, and the ability to implement 5S and daily KPI tracking. You will coordinate with engineers, maintenance and quality teams to meet production goals and uphold company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage resources and drive productivity and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement health and safety policies in daily work.
• Maintain safety reports and adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Lead and coach machine operators to meet production goals.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of parts produced.
• Collaborate with BU Manager on personnel decisions and training.
• Monitor downtime and plan resources to sustain output.
