Qualifications

• 6+ years of production or assembly experience preferred.
• White Belt certification or above.
• Expert knowledge of equipment and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication of issues to Process or Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned work area, line or cell, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
• Operate advanced machines, assemble products, and inspect output.
• Lead safety practices and 5S in the work area.
• Monitor workflow to meet quality and production standards.
