Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).

• Willingness to travel occasionally to suppliers or headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with plant business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Handle employee complaints and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations.
• Design skills improvement plans and manage performance evaluation.
• Manage salary structure and benefits plans.
• Act as a liaison between U.S. plant and global HQ.
• Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
