Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Bilingual Mandarin for our Carteret, NJ facility. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a diverse team, and coordinate with US and China teams on pre-opening and expansion projects.

The role demands 5+ years in US warehouse operations, strong project management, and fluency in Mandarin and English. You will manage inbound/outbound flow, implement efficient systems, and ensure timely, quality fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience in US warehouse operations (3+ years leading a team a plus).
• Experience in logistics management within e-commerce or fashion industry preferred.
• Familiarity with US logistics providers and local labor market.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of warehouse construction and expansion projects in the US.
• Collaborate with the China team on pre-opening work in the local area.
• Build and lead the warehouse operations management team.
• Develop and optimize systems for attendance, operations, and other warehouse aspects.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment.
• Manage logistics-related customer issues, disputes, and exceptions.
• Identify and address high-frequency problems to optimize processes.
• Monitor risks (loss prevention, incidents, natural disasters, political factors) and provide early warnings.
• Facilitate clear communication between Chinese and US departments.
