Base Pay Range

$45,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with hiring and training new employees.
• Conduct physical inventories, compare results to computerized data, and reconcile differences.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
• Identify areas for improvement and adjust work procedures accordingly.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
• Organizational Skills: Effective communication within management and team members.
• Bilingual: English and Chinese (Required).
• Experience with third-party logistics distributors is a plus.
