Job summary

BodorLaser is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer or Account Manager for a full-time, remote role based in North Carolina or South Carolina. You will engage with clients, solve technical challenges, and drive sales growth while collaborating with internal teams across time zones.

The role requires strong communication skills in English, basic Mandarin, and the ability to travel up to 25% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated with proactive approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin basic communication.
• Willingness to reside in NC/SC or relocate.
• Ability to travel overnight ~25% within NC/SC.
• Experience using CRM systems and creating reports/presentations.
• Bachelor's degree or above and 2–10 years in sales or technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in NC/SC while nurturing existing customers.
• Analyze market trends in the territory and advise on sales strategy.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Service to meet customer needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot product issues for clients.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations based on customer specs.
• Visit customer sites to maintain relationships and present solutions.
