Qualifications

• Must be highly self-motivated with proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; basic Mandarin.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania or be willing to relocate.
• Able to travel up to ~25% within the territory, including nearby states.
• Experience with CRM systems and creating reports/presentations.
• Ability to work independently and with teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on Western Pennsylvania.
• Develop sales opportunities across Pennsylvania and adjacent states.
• Analyze market trends and report findings to optimize sales strategy.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Service teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot product issues for clients.
• Organize and attend trade shows and promotional events.
• Visit customer sites regularly to maintain relationships and present solutions.
• Coordinate with Product teams to align on equipment requirements and proposals.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations based on customer specs.
