Job summary

National Life Group is seeking energetic individuals to join their Sales Desk Team, starting in September 2027, with an onsite schedule four days per week. You'll support agents, promote life and annuity products, and build relationships to drive sales growth.

The role offers a base salary plus a quarterly bonus and potential for advancement. Strong presentation and communication skills, along with 1–3 years in financial services, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years financial services experience (preferred).
• 3+ years successful sales experience (preferred).
• Strong presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to the interests of the audience and use technical and people skills to build relationships and grow sales.
• Interpersonal flexibility.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for an external wholesaler (Field Leader).
• Promote Life and Annuity products through webinars and inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage inbound calls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills, identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling with agents.
• Manage and execute effective outbound call campaigns.
• Present in small and large group settings.
• Capture activity and agent profile information into Salesforce.com.
• Perform other duties as required.
