Job summary

Milkyway Supply Chain Group in the United States is seeking an experienced professional to manage ocean import and export shipments end-to-end. You will serve as the main contact for customers, overseas offices, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring timely documentation and proactive service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in global logistics, strong English communication, and familiarity with ISF, customs clearance, and freight release. Mandarin is a plus; 100% on-site work required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ocean freight forwarding or related global logistics role.
• Experience with import/export operations, ISF filing, and customs clearance.
• Strong communication in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO tank shipments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ocean import/export shipments from origin to delivery.
• Prepare Arrival Notices and upload to company system.
• Track shipments and communicate status to customers.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas offices.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timeliness to prevent delays.
