Job summary

Spectrum seeks individuals to connect with residential customers in non-bulk MDUs (≤49 doors) via door-to-door sales of Spectrum connectivity services, using a consultative approach to understand needs and meet targets.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus lucrative incentives that can bring total compensation over $100,000 per year, plus free and discounted Spectrum services like internet, TV, and mobile.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0–6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to drive within assigned territories with reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in MDUs with 49 or fewer doors.
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services.
• Respond to customer problems and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and report changes to management.
• Attend sales meetings and training; apply learning to improve results.
• Complete documentation for sales activities and reportings.
• Collect funds and provide receipts per policy.
