Job summary

Yelp is seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Representative to support small business advertisers from a remote US-based role (excluding the Bay Area). You will consult, educate, and retain advertisers after the sale, helping them realize value from Yelp’s advertising solutions.

You’ll work with English and Mandarin-speaking customers, manage a high-volume of inquiries, and strive to meet monthly goals while leveraging data to demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of client-facing experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred.
• Technically proficient with computers and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and timely customer support to advertisers to strengthen revenue retention.
• Consult and educate Yelp advertisers via inbound calls and emails.
• Highlight investment returns through ad performance metrics for clients.
• Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal Yelp teams.
• Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Collaborate with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers.
