Job summary

Yelp is seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Representative to support small business advertisers from a remote US location (excluding the Bay Area). The role focuses on retention, education, and high-quality service across English and Mandarin channels.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of client-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The base salary starts at $55,000 with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume inbound support via calls and emails to Yelp advertisers.
• Consult and educate clients on advertising solutions and ROI.
• Highlight performance metrics to demonstrate value of investments.
• Adapt recommendations to client needs and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain organization and meet monthly goals while working with English and Mandarin speakers.
