Job summary

Field Fresh Foods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (PM) to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on production and facility equipment in a fast-paced food environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, PM program experience, and the ability to work in a bilingual (Spanish/English) setting. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance technician or mechanical repair experience, preferably in a food production/manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Technical training in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or electrical systems preferred.
• Experience with PM programs and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and servicing of machinery and facility equipment.
• Lubricate, adjust, and replace parts on production and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and operations teams to support workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company safety standards.
• Report potential issues or equipment failures to supervisors for corrective action.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized and safe manner.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish when coordinating with staff.
