Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Amberton Luxury Townhomes in Naples, FL. This full-time, on-site role oversees maintenance staff, completes work orders, and ensures preventive maintenance across a 306-unit community.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, 3–5 years supervisory experience in multi-family settings, and a strong mechanical background. Valid driver’s license required; weekend availability may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Facility maintenance: 3–5 years in a supervisory role required.
• Multi-family experience preferred: 2+ years; construction background a plus.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance required.
• Hard worker with strong customer service and communication.
• HVAC certification required.
• Experience leading a team.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing, appliances, water heaters, HVAC units, furnaces.
• Mechanically inclined; available for on-call and weekend work.

This community has 306 units and is located in Naples, FL.

The Maintenance Supervisor safeguards the interests of the owners by maintaining the physical condition of the property and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, protecting the property and equipment from damage, loss and deterioration. This position assesses and directs the service staff and should make recommendations to ownership regarding cost containment and asset preservation. Our ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, team oriented and have a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Position requires ability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear
• Must be able to lift or move 100lbs occasionally

Qualifications

• Facility Maintenance; 3-5 years in a supervisory role required
• Prior multi-family experience; preferably 2+ years - Construction background a plus!
• Valid Driver's License with auto insurance required
• Hard worker
• HVAC Certified required
• Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication
• Experience leading a team
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, water heaters, a/c units, furnaces
• The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, be available for on-call purposes, and have the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary.
