Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Amberton Luxury Townhomes in Naples, FL. The role oversees maintenance staff, completes work orders, and ensures preventive maintenance per company standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, a strong communicator, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role and multi-family experience. On-call duties and weekend availability may be required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years in a supervisory role required.
• Prior multi-family experience; preferably 2+ years.
• HVAC certified required.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, water heaters, A/C units, furnaces.

Mansioni

• Complete work orders.
• Make ready apartments.
• Report to Property Manager.
• Accept on-call responsibilities (rotated schedule).
• Follow preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Manage and supervise the Maintenance Staff.
• Maintain relationships with staff, suppliers, vendors and professionals servicing the property.
