YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee a maintenance team, coordinate new home delivery and setup, and ensure safe, compliant operations across community assets in Tampa, FL. • Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in home refurbishment or make-ready preferred.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on leadership and task management for the maintenance team as directed by the Community Manager to ensure timely completion of repairs or updates.
• Maintain all company assets, including rental inventory, tools, grounds, and equipment through preventative maintenance and work orders.
• Coordinate new home delivery and setup, and request warranty or follow-up work with the community manager and manufacturers.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls according to the on-call schedule.
• Order supplies, tools, and equipment as needed with management approval.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and resolve issues within the community.
• Participate in monthly Safety Team meetings on the first Wednesday of each month.
• Follow safety precautions including OSHA standards and PPE requirements.
• Conduct maintenance interviews and assist with onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain safe winter road conditions and document snow and salt logs.
• Log and maintain all company vehicles per legal and YES standards.
• Notify management of any incidents or accidents immediately.
• Coordinate with the team to secure utilities on vacant lots.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
