Astrana Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support across our outpatient GI clinics in Alhambra, Arcadia, and West Covina. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, organized, and comfortable adapting to different clinic environments and care teams while providing a consistent, positive experience for patients.

We are ideally searching candidates who speak Cantonese or Mandarin to best serve our patient population.

Qualifications

• One year or more of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work at multiple clinic locations in Alhambra, Arcadia, and West Covina.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians and nurses with administrative and clinical duties.
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Record patient vital signs and document in charts.
• Interview patients and collect medical history.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• May work extended hours as needed.
