Job summary

JD Logistics is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure smooth e-commerce and logistics execution. You will monitor metrics, document procedures, and provide first-line support to internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Document and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with logistics, customer service, IT to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflows.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation to support decision-making.
Participate in testing and implementation of new tools, systems, processes.
