• Assist with coordination and management of third-party workforce resources.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and prepare reports for decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve issues and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest efficiency solutions.
• Collect and respond to customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
