Job summary

Woongjin, Inc. is seeking a data analyst to collect and analyze claim data from multiple sources, report trends and forecasts, and support management with timely data insights. The role requires handling aging claims, extracting data from NERP, SAP, WMP, and TMS, and building scalable ETL pipelines.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of analytics experience in transportation/logistics, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills. Korean language is a plus in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of data analytics experience, transportation/logistics preferred.
• Fluent in Korean is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to read and simplify complex information from multiple sources.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF, seasonality) for reporting.
• Collaborative mindset to share tasks and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect claim data from various data sources.
• Analyze claim data to report on trends, recovery/claim ratios, and forecasts.
• Provide data to SEA and Management as requested.
• Monitor aging claim status and notify team of claims >120 days.
• Obtain transportation/claim data from systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress data for reports.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects.
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale ETL processes.
• Meet deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
