Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to analyze data, run audits, and deliver actionable insights that inform operations and customers.

You’ll ensure inventory accuracy across physical stock, WMS, and customer systems; perform IC audits; investigate discrepancies; and drive improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of operations experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with WMS or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and deliver scorecard insights for operations.
• Audit inventory accuracy and align physical stock with WMS and customer systems.
• Investigate OS&D and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor key process outputs and ensure metric compliance.
• Develop analytics to identify root causes and early indicators.
• Provide training recommendations and support safety initiatives.
