• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage and train warehouse staff (hiring, scheduling, performance).
• Collaborate with other departments for timely deliveries to customers.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors for smooth operations.
• Communicate with customers in English and Korean by email and phone.
• Willing to perform any task, even without prior experience.
