BILINGUAL LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Logistics Associate for a well‑known transportation and distribution company located in Norcross, GA. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in logistics operations, freight handling, and shipping processes while working as part of a dynamic team.

Pay Rate

$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Bilingual Logistics Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Sort, scan, and organize packages for distribution and shipment.
• Process incoming and outgoing freight efficiently and accurately.
• Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Palletize, wrap, and prepare merchandise for transportation.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support operations.

Bilingual Logistics Associate Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, package sorting, or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and carry packages throughout the shift.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Drug screening and background check required as part of the hiring process.
