Job summary

United Talent LLC in Hiram, GA is seeking Cherry Picker/Shipping and Receiving Associates to process daily material orders, label items, and prepare shipping documents. You will coordinate deliveries, resolve tracking and invoicing queries, and maintain accurate shipping records.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, RF scanning, operating a Cherry Picker, and ensuring timely deliveries while keeping a clean, organized stockroom. Pay starts at $17.75/hour with first and mid shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience with bills of lading (BOLs).
• Experience with Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse inventory procedures.
• Ability to safely operate a Cherry Picker.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse supervisory experience preferred.

• Prepare and organize bills of lading, shipping labels, order receipts, and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and provide excellent customer service by resolving shipment tracking, invoicing, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Box and package goods for shipment, address packages, and communicate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled stockroom and storage area.
• Maintain accurate records of goods shipped and received and prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors.
• Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure adequate storage space and staffing for incoming deliveries.
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues as needed.
• Use RF scanners to track, locate, and process warehouse inventory.
• Safely operate a Cherry Picker to retrieve, move, and organize materials as required.

• Pay starts at $17.75 per hour, based on experience.
• Shift: First and Mid Shift available

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience working with BOLs.
• Experience using Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse inventory procedures.
• Ability to safely operate a Cherry Picker.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
