Job summary
Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative to join an in-office team. You will support the sales group, nurture key customer relationships, and help grow revenue with Mexico cross-border shipments.
No experience required; you will enter an accelerated training program and advance to handling ongoing freight issues 24/7/365. You will collaborate with the sales team to quote competitive pricing, manage shipments from start to finish, and input data
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- College degree preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships for Mexico cross-border shipping
- Manage projects from start to finish and oversee shipments, resolving issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing
- Input, update and manage shipment information in our systems
- Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
- Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
