Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain connections with customers through the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
