OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access fast, affordable financing for life’s expenses. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan options, and support the loan life cycle from application through repayment.

This on-site role offers training and growth opportunities in a supportive environment. Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by providing empathy and driving branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, in compliance with laws.
• Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive, goal orientation and achievement-oriented mindset.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly to customers.
