Vidaurri, Rodriguez & Reyna seeks a highly motivated bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support our trial team through all phases of the litigation process. You will perform legal research, interview witnesses, file documents, and assist during trials.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills to maintain case files, manage discovery, and coordinate with clients and court staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role preferred.
• Paralegal certification or associate degree preferred.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with document management experience.
• Excellent research skills.
• Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs.
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review.
• Conduct legal research and investigation.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Communicate with clients and witnesses.
• Attend court sessions and record important information.
• Maintain and update documentation.
• Assist with discovery requests.
• Submit billable time daily.
