Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across ongoing cases and trial preparation. You will conduct fact-finding, manage case files, and coordinate depositions, hearings, and court filings in Colorado.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Teamwork-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties.
• Maintain attorney’s calendar.
• Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, meetings, meditations, hearings
• Document management using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
• E-file legal documents in Colorado’s E-Portal System.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences.
• Draft legal court documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
• Send out correspondence to parties/non-parties via email, regular mail, or certified mail.
• Communicate with clients.
• Set up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
