Rubenstein Law in Tampa, FL seeks a detail‑oriented Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals through all phases of the case lifecycle. You will organize files, obtain medical and legal documents, coordinate proceedings, and prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), delivers excellent client service, is highly organized, and works well both independently and in a team within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking and highly organized.
• Minimum one year of office experience; personal injury exposure preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling last-minute case requests.

Responsibilities

• Request and gather litigation documents (medical records, liens, bills, radiology findings).
• Maintain communication with clients regarding discovery.
• Assist with translation and interpretation for discovery.
• E-file completed discovery in portal.
• Assist with trial preparations.
• Support multiple attorneys and paralegals on case matters.
