Red Hat is seeking an experienced technical support engineer to deliver high-level assistance to customers through web and phone channels. You will meet with customers regularly to align on priorities and work with Red Hat teams to resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates have Linux administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and dual-language communication (English and Japanese). You will engage with engineering to improve solutions and share knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support or engineering
• Linux system administration experience including install/config/maintenance
• Executive presence and communication in English and Japanese
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
• Knowledge of containers and container orchestration basics
