Qualifications

• Bilingual English and one additional language (Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured data.
• Reliable, organized, and accountable with deadlines.
• Prior administrative or recruiting support experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Send high volumes of outreach messages and emails using approved scripts and tools.
• Track, monitor, and organize outreach responses in designated systems.
• Update lead statuses clearly and accurately for timely recruiter follow-up.
• Review publicly available information to identify potential agent contact details.
• Verify license status and eligibility following established guidelines.
• Exclude contacts associated with banks or broker-dealers per written criteria.
• Document findings accurately and completely prior to outreach activities.
