Job summary

The Anti-Recidivism Coalition in Los Angeles seeks a full-time bilingual Life Coach (Spanish) for the Echo Park office to support formerly incarcerated members with life skills and reentry planning. You will provide case management, referrals to services, document activities, and coordinate with partner organizations, while maintaining client confidentiality and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Counselor, Case Manager, and/or group facilitator.
• Case management performed for Spanish speakers preferred
• Experience with case file maintenance, group documentation, and contract compliance essential.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the member services team, create a comprehensive plan for each member including employment, education, recreation, health, life skills, and well-being.
• Provide case management services to members through group and individual meetings, in-person and/or virtual.
• Participate in contracted projects and coordinate care with ARC staff and partner organizations.
• Facilitate ongoing orientation meetings for new members and communicate expectations for ARC Membership process.
• Document all activities and interventions in ARC database by end of the next business day.
