Job summary

Richmond City Public Schools Talent Office is seeking a LIEP Tutor (Temporary Position- Grant Funded) to provide one-on-one or small group tutoring for English Learner students across multiple Richmond locations.

The role is part-time, grant-funded, and starts immediately. Qualified candidates are bilingual, at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma. Training will be provided to support student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provides English Learners with one-on-one or small group tutoring to support students’ attainment of core knowledge and skills.
• Attends on-going required training and collaborates with teachers and students to plan, implement, and review needed interventions.
• Supports progress monitoring and helps students toward graduation with developmentally appropriate activities.
